Looking toward the Orient, we’ll spend two weeks in Japan. There’s a lot to learn and admire about this Island nation, and we’ll be looking at what qualities make Japan a desirable spot to visit. We’ll end week one with a meal called shogayaki (Ginger Pork). We’ve never make this dish, but we have high hopes. It sounds delicious. We’ll end week two with homemade Ramen.
